Easter {mini egg} Roundup

with spring slated to arrive at 4:45pm on friday, i'm now officially allowed to direct all of my attention to easter and the glory that is the cadbury mini egg.

of course you have to balance out mini egg consumption with some healthy easter appropriate dishes too, but for today all praise is given to mini eggs & everything bunny like.
