When should you as a consumer anti up and splurge on organic foods?  Well, according to a list published by Environmental Working Group, the 'dirty dozen and clean fifteen' categorize those fruits and vegetables which are the most and least pesticide contaminated.  source: Prevention.com

Obviously fruits and vegetables are essential in maintaining a healthy diet, however this list gives you something to ponder next time you are in the produce section of your supermarket.
